1. Orders & payment
Orders placed on kuatx.com are offers to purchase, accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in USD and payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — you will be refunded in full in such cases.
2. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details, including our heat-damage replacement policy.
3. Returns
Unopened bottles in original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened products except where faulty.
4. Product information
KuatX Electrolyte Gummies are a food supplement, not a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label, do not exceed the recommended serving, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle is the authoritative source of product composition.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
