KuatX ships free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracking, and unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- • A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- • Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
- • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- • Bottles must be unopened and in their original sealed condition (food-safety requirement).
- • Melted, damaged or tampered deliveries: report within 7 days with photos for a free replacement or refund.

- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

What if my gummies arrive melted or damaged?
Gummies are heat-sensitive. If your order arrives melted, damaged or tampered with, email photos and your order number to kuatx.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
